Gaji Ronaldo Tertinggi di Muka Bumi

Liputan6.com, Lisbon: Bintang sepakbola Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo tidak hanya bangga dengan statusnya sebagai pesepakbola profesional dengan nilai transfer termahal di dunia, yaitu sebesar 80 juta pound atau sekitar Rp 1,172 triliun dengan kurs 1 pound = Rp 14.650. CR9, julukan komersial Ronaldo bersama Los Merengues, pantas membusungkan dada dengan meraih predikat pemain yang mendapat gaji tertinggi di muka bumi.

Adalah agensi pemasaran terkenal di Portugal, Futebol Finance, yang baru saja merilis daftar 50 pesepakbola profesional yang mendapat bayaran atau gaji tahunan tertinggi di musim ini. Ronaldo, mantan bintang Manchester United berusia 25 tahun itu diklaim menerima gaji pokok kotor sebesar 11,3 juta pound atau sekitar Rp 165 miliar per tahunnya. Atau, setiap minggu Ronaldo digaji 217 ribu pound. Jumlah yang selangit itu tidak termasuk bonus dan penerimaan lainnya di luar gaji pokok.

Dua bintang Barcelona, masing-masing Zlatan Ibrahimovic dan Lionel Messi, menempati peringkat kedua dan ketiga dalam daftar tersebut. Ibra menerima 10,4 juta pound, sementara Messi mendapat gaji sebesar 9,1 juta pound. Besaran gaji Messi sama seperti yang diterima mantan bomber Barcelona yang kini memperkuat Inter Milan, Samuel Eto’o. Artinya, Eto’o menjadi pemain dengan gaji tertinggi di kompetisi Serie A Italia.

Sementara itu, striker Manchester City, Emmanuel Adebayor menjadi pemain dengan gaji terbesar di ajang Liga Premier Inggris, yaitu sebesar 7,4 juta pound, disusul rekannya asal Argentina, Carlos Tevez yang mendapat bayaran sekitar 7 juta pound per tahunnya. Yang menarik, dari 281,9 juta pound yang dikeluarkan untuk membayar gaji kelima puluh pemain dalam setahun, premiership menjadi bintang dengan total beban gaji pemainnya mencapai 111,4 juta pound.

Yang mengejutkan, bintang AC Milan dan notabene mantan punggawa Los Blancos, David Beckham yang di musim lalu tercatat sebagai pesepakbola dengan pendapatan tertinggi, harus puas turun ke peringkat ke-43 dengan gaji “hanya” 4,3 juta pound per tahunnya.
